How we use your data
We use your details to contact you about Mr Paws. For the priority list, that means telling you when our opening diary goes live so you can book. For groomer enquiries, that means responding to your interest and keeping you informed about table availability.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, running the pre-launch priority list and managing groomer enquiries.
How long we keep your data
We keep your details for three months, or one month after our launch, whichever is sooner. After that, we delete them unless you have separately agreed for us to keep in touch.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely through our Lovable Cloud backend. We do not sell your data or share it with any third-party marketing services.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct any mistakes, or delete your details at any time. Just email info@mrpaws.uk and we will action your request promptly.
